Creadau is a company that provides range of Creative Mental Health and Well-being and Leadership & Management solutions for organisations and Individuals across the UK and internationally. Creadau was set up in 2019 by Sheree Williams. Sheree has spent over 30 years working in the field of Mental Health and Well-being working within statutory and third sector organisations. Sheree has been developing and delivering training programs to individuals and organisations for many years.
Sheree is very passionate about creating resilience within others and communities through education and training. Sheree has extensive experience of leading and mentoring teams of varying sizes. She has worked at executive, senior and project management levels and has been responsible for developing, monitoring and maintaining many different mental health services.

As former Managing Director for a pan-Wales organisation holding the licence for a world-wide mental health literacy program, Sheree was responsible for the development and management of the program in Wales, liaising with numerous stakeholders as well as ensuring the smooth running of the program throughout Wales.
Sheree also sits on a board of trustees for a small charity that focuses on supporting men’s mental health and wellbeing and supports individuals who have been caught in the ripple effects of suicide.
In order to provide the best services and training programs Creadau works collaboratively and in partnership with other organisations and professionals and promotes the sharing of skills, knowledge, expertise .
All partners believe that every customer matters and every experience counts when it comes to the quality of the service or training you receive.
